- Donna Lion Grant
- My work is a journey of visual and emotional discovery. Transformation is taking place in my art and life in surprising ways. Unearthing buried histories by peeling away layers is a process I explore by mixing media and materials that resonate with me. Through this experimentation, I realize truth is only reality as it is currently perceived.

My favorite is the elderly ladies. I like your imagination ones the best. You are great at illustrating, Donna, and I admire your plethora of subjects. The plank one is great because like your bigger paintings, you use sky and water to storyboard emotion.
Thanks for the feedback Michael. It has been an interesting process working so small. You are so right about "The Plank". I love to do oceans, and feels more expansive like my large works. I like the elderly ladies too. I've seen a lot of elderly people lately and the lives they are experiencing.
